for Online Excel Geocoder Service

1. Since I use the awesome Google Maps API, you are bound by their terms too: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html
   
   
2. Make sure that any files that you upload do not have any confidential information. (My servers have never been hacked, but if someone is able to get into the system, make sure that there is no confidential or private information in the excel files. With these international hackers around, you can never be too safe.)
   
   
3. The service only uses Google Geocoder to geocode your addresses. Please treat this service for informative purposes only. I am not responsible for any damages or loss caused by using the service or making decisions based on the output of the service.
   
   
4. I am not liable to you for any reliance placed by you on the accuracy of the data or stability of the system.
   
   
5. I can choose to terminate the service any time I want. (Or whenever Google decides to stop their free service)
